Babbar Khalsa International terrorist extradited to India from UAE.

Punjab Police, in close coordination with Central Agencies, have succeeded in extraditing Babbar Khalsa International (BKI) terrorist Parminder Singh Pindi from Abu Dhabi, UAE to India.

According to police sources, Pindi is a close aide of two foreign-based terrorists and was involved in multiple heinous crimes, including petrol bomb attacks, violent assaults and extortions in the Batala-Gurdaspur region of Punjab.

Acting swiftly on a Red Corner Notice (RCN) requested by the police, a dedicated four-member team coordinated with the Ministry of External Affairs and UAE authorities to successfully brought the accused back to face justice.

Working closely with central agencies, Punjab police have extradited Parminder Singh alias Pindi who is associated with terrorist group Babbar Khalsa International (BKI) — from Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates to India, said Director General of Police (DGP) Gaurav Yadav on Saturday (September 27, 2025).

Mr. Yadav said Pindi is a close aide of foreign-based terrorists Harwinder Singh alias Rinda and Happy Passia and is involved in multiple heinous crimes, including petrol bomb attacks, violent assaults and extortion in the Batala and Gurdaspur area of Punjab.

“Acting swiftly on a Red Corner Notice (RCN) requested by Batala police, a dedicated four-member team led by a senior police officer travelled to the UAE on September 24, 2025, coordinated with the Ministry of External Affairs and the UAE authorities, completed all legal formalities and has successfully brought the accused back to face justice,” he said.

He added, “This successful extradition underscores Punjab Police’s zero-tolerance policy towards terrorism and organised crime as well as its advanced investigative capabilities and global reach.
